Professional development and capacity building: fsc facilitates learning opportunities for its partners by organizing discussions relevant to domestic violence case management, sharing information about trends across cases and exploring best and innovative practices. Served: 195
Awareness and advocacy training; familysafety center (fsc) provides education and awareness about the warning signs and the dangers of domestic violence. Fsc provides this information in places where people live, work, and worship to help individuals identify and actively support victims of domestic violence. Fsc also works closely with its co-located/onsite partners who work closely with the center to ensure victims/clients have access to need information and resources to address domesitc violience situations. In addition ,fsc works closely with local media to encourage tv segments and print coverage that provides information and education about domestic violence and resources for ictims and survivors. Served: 1,100 brochures provided: 1,100
