Committed to providing counseling and education in family living; providing adoption services; providing training and educational opportunities to students in the field of social service; strengthening and preserving the quality of family life for its consumers and community through support, education and empowerment; encouraging its consumer, through a variety of services, to strive for positive changes and adjustment to life situations; providing services to victims of sexual and domestic violence, and other crimes; to work toward providing a safer community, and otherwise to manifest an interest and concern for social and economic problems including the general welfare of the family.

Ppc violence free network: provides assistance to victims, men, women, and children of domestic and sexual violence and other violent crimes. Services include advocacy, supportive counseling, support groups, legal and medical accompaniment, community education and school prevention programs, 24-hour hotline, protection from abuse (pfa's), relocation, and the only emergency shelter in venango county.

Mhmr and other services: programs designed to provide skilled therapeutic counseling, structural family therapy, independent living skills, parenting, and mentoring, to individuals and families with the aim of enhancing the capacity of all family members to live useful and satisfying lives.
