Choice Program: Provides specialized counseling for children and families impacted by sexual abuse, in Steuben County, using evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and play therapy when appropriate. These interventions support healing for the child and reinforce the parent's commitment to safety and protection. CHOICE also offers specialized evaluation and treatment for adolescents who have sexually offended, with community-based services averaging 12-24 months and support for safe family reunification when appropriate.This program is supported by grants and contributions.

Laura Richardson Houghton Corning Youth Center: A free, safe after-school and summer drop-in facility located in Corning for youth ages 8 to 18. Youth are provided meals/snacks and provided countless educational classes, community service projects, and fun recreational activities.This program is supported by grants and contributions.

General Counseling Program: Provides professional counseling tailored to individual, child, and family needs throughout Steuben County.Youth Mentoring of the Southern Tier: One-on-one site-based mentoring programs for children at-risk in four locations in Steuben and Chemung Counties, providing educational/cultural activities, life-skills, community service projects, career-based activities, and a caring, nurturing mentor.LEAPS After School Program: A free after-school licensed childcare program at the Campbell-Savona Elementary School, where fun activities, tutoring, and healthy snacks are provided.Advantage After School Program: A licensed childcare program at the Corning-Painted Post Middle School, where fun activities, tutoring, and healthy snacks are provided.Youth Services Program: A substance use prevention counseling and education program provided at schools and after-school/summer programs in Steuben County.Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Program: Provides skill building to youth who have a diagnosed mental or behavioral health disorder.
