The shelter offers a safe, confidential haven for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assualt, providing 24-hour security and space for up to 65 adult and children residents. Survivors can stay 30 to 90 days while rebuilding their lives free from abuse. Along with housing, residents receive meals, clothing, personal care items, and access to libraries, computer labs, and childrens play areas. Free services such as case management, legal advocacy, and job readiness support empower survivors to heal, regain independence, and make a fresh start.

The organization operates a resale shop, using paid employees and volunteers to accept and process donated clothing and household goods.
