Supported by the bureau of justice assistance, the family wellness outreach center of georgia introduced the success for life reentry program to help reduce recidivism by at least 25% among formerly incarcerated adults in 14 southwest georgia counties. The program has served over 110 high-risk participants by offering job readiness assessments, personalized case planning, and employment services aimed at boosting job skills, securing employment, and maintaining long-term stability. This initiative is made possible through strong community partnerships, including the georgia department of corrections, department of community supervision, goodwill industries, and over 20 additional agencies that provide wraparound support.
