Holiday House Tour - Since 1963 the FDA has hosted an annual fundraiser that involved opening Fan homes to tour goers. Over the last 20 years, the HHT has funded its Community Grant Program, which is a way to preserve the vitality of the neighborhood and the city through reinvestment of monies raised, Over the last 20 years, the FDA has awarded over $200,000 to worthy organizations and programs.
Fan Arts Stroll - Initiated by a Fan resident during a global pandemic, the FAS continues with support from the FDA. This Spring event brings individuals from across the region to the neighborhood and is an opportunity for artists and artisans to highlight and sell their work.
