Mission

FMD Transitional House is an outreach effort that is born from the Prison Outreach and Witnessing POW ministry of Central Baptist Church CBC Kingsport, TN and a partnership with other local prison and community outreach programs. Our mission is to reduce the recidivism of ex-offenders by providing much needed services and support to them and their families as they transition back into the community.
