Policy development:in order to protect & promote the agriculture industry the bolivar county farm bureau, through its structure of volunteer leaders, supports public policy efforts at the local, state and national level. This is accomplished through legislative and regulatory monitoring communication with members and public awareness programs. Volunteer members participated in meetings with local legislatures, agricultural agencies and famers about agricultural policies and concerns.
