Washington county farm bureau provided scholarships to county high school students.
In order to protect & promote the agriculture industry the washington county farm bureau through its structure of volunteer leaders supports public policy efforts at the local, state and national level. This is accomplished through legislative and regulatory monitoring communication with members and public awareness programs. Volunteer members participate in yearly meetings with local legislatures to educate them about agricultural policy.
