Develop an educational program to train its members and keep members up-to-date on labor and employment laws. Educational programs include informational pamphlets, social medial outreadch, electronic newsletters and organized seminars which will educate members on the federal h-2a/h-2b guest worker program, application process, and federal and state laws taht impact the h-2a program, labor, worker health and safety, wages and hor regulations, worker transportation, record-keeping, and reporting requirements.
