See schedule o the farmington foundation is a low-interest student loan fund. All students going to college as an undergraduate may apply for a loan. Loans are granted by the loan committee if the student demonstrates financial need.

A committee consisting of the board of directors recommends a set number of scholarships to be awarded in the amount of 1,000 each. Students are selected by the superintendent of the public schools for the town of farmington, connecticut.
