Mission
To build a strong multi-racial, economically viable organization of farmworkers throughout Florida empowering farmworkers to respond to and gain control over the social, political, economic and workplace issues that affect their lives.
Programs

Pesticide Health & Safety - Raise awarness about the issues affecting the health and safety of agricultural workers and other members of low-income rural communities among those community members and government and other public officials whose desicions affect those members of the community.
Research - The organization partners with research institutions such as the University of Florida, Florida State University,Emory University, and Florida International University to carry our community based participatory research on issues of farmworker health such as heat and pesticide exposure, and education for farmworkers and employers on the dangers of these issues and prevention.
We implement community-based programs that promote environmental justice, immigrant rights, and fod sovereignty. these include maintaining community gardens to teach traditional agricultural practices and educate residents about agroecology and climate resiliance; raising grassroots awareness of how climate change impacts farmworkers and rural communities; and informing immigrants of their rights while advocating for policies that improve living and working conditions.
