Mission
We engage, equip and empower a community network of fathers and families by creating an environment of support, parental education and positive societal narratives. Our most significant activity is promotion of responsible fatherhood.

The Gentle Warriors Academy (GWA) is designed to help adult fathers (ages 18 and older) incorporate practices and behaviors for managing the responsibilities of being parent/co-parents and partners. GWA does this through facilitating classes around responsible parenting, healthy marriage/relationships, economic stability and grant-funded participation supports using a 40-hr/10-week cohort-based approach.
Promotion of responsible fatherhood and mentoring. This International, National and Local focus will raise awareness about, and combat the impact of father absence. We will do this through the use of innovative social marketing and multi-media platforms, traditional communications, product development and capacity building and training for fatherhood service agencies. We seek to expand the range of work in the fields of comprehensive and non-traditional family service models. Fathers Incorporated will work to change the current societal and cultural definition of family to include fathers.
