The specific and primary purpose of FCLB is to promote and develop the game of soccer within our community. FCLBs objectives are to provide lower cost opportunities for young players from ages 4-18, of all skill levels, to participate in organized soccer, to encourage physical fitness, teamwork, and personal development, to foster good sportsmanship and respect among participants.
