To organize volunteers and raise funds to support the needs of the franklin community high school (fchs) choirs; to provide and maintain performance attire for fchs choirs; to organize and fund participation by fchs choirs in choral competitions and the engage musicians, choreographers, and technicians as needed to support fchs choral performances.
