Workforce development the workforce development practice area works in close partnership with business to create customized, employer-based training designed to develop the skills and characteristics employers require. The fedcap group's workforce development provides hard skills training either directly by hiring its own skills-based training providers or indirectly, by organizing local providers -including community colleges - to create modular industry-recognized credentials. Through this employer-based training, diagnostic vocational evaluations, work readiness preparation, rapid job placement and post-placement supports, the fedcap group's workforce development team effectively builds relationships and partnerships that align employers' needs with the needs of workers seeking opportunities.
