Immigrant Family Resource Program (IFRP): IFRP is designed to address language barriers and lack of information about human services that prevent immigrants/refugees from securing public benefits and services. IFRP seeks to ensure that LEP immigrants/refugees know about public benefits and assist those eligible to obtain them. Priority for services must be for low-income LEP immigrants/refugees, seniors, women and youth with special needs residing in Illinois.

Legislative Add-on Case Management (CM): Provide Case Management, Education, Health Workshops, Legal Consultations, Youth Programming and Housing assistance as a one-stop human service center designed to help LEP immigrants and refugees meet their immediate needs and acclimate to the community/environment.
