Mission
To provide effective means for the propagation of humane principles; to prevent cruelty and neglect to animals; to educate regarding the laws of the state of West Virginia pertaining to animal cruelty, neglect, care, health and welfare; to cooperate and network with other similar organizations in such efforts in West Virginia; and any and all acts allowed corporations by West Virginia Code.

Tomei-DR Foundation - Spay Neuter programming support.
Mug-Z-Moo Program: The Mug-Z-Moo grant was specifically for spay neuter and was awarded to 501c3 spay neuter clinics in our state who were eligible and also the WV Dept of Agriculture State Spay Neuter Fund.
FOHO WV Animal Law Book: A compilation of WV Code specific to animals in WV; last printing was in 2020. We asked for a donation of $13 for the printing and shipping of the book. Some we offer free to local law enforcement but we encourage the donation.
