To leverage advocacy and voter activation to shape policies and elections for clean water, healthy air, and climate-resilient communities for voters in maryland.

Voter education & elections: providing nonpartisan public education, resources and opportunities to foster civic engagement in maryland for a healthy environment. The nonpartisan outreach included hosting public educational forums so candidates could inform voters of their policy positions; nonpartisan voter-registration and get-out-the-vote efforts to boost civic engagement; and publishing information about polling locations and times for early voting.
Elected official engagement: providing a trusted, non-partisan resource on maryland's environmental policy for over 40 years. Advocated to pass legislation to protect the chesapeake bay and maryland's clean drinking water sources, to combat climate change, and to reduce the air pollution generated by idling school buses, by meeting with legislators and rallying the public to speak out on behalf of these issues.
Building latino environmental leadership in maryland through community outreach and education to thousands of youth and adult community advocates in specifically in baltimore city, baltimore county, prince georges county, montgomery county and throughout the state.
