Mission
We seek to protect the American people from government overreach, by advocating and litigating for constitutional rights, and by reforming the federal service to be more accountable, transparent, and representative of the values of the American people- all from inside the government.
Programs
2 programs
Support and Education - The organization has continued to host calls for membership on a variety of topics including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity, Religious Accommodations, and DEI. We also provide regular volunteer opportunities. We educate our membership and public through our podcast and Sub-stack, providing weekly content on many topics, all focusing on holding our government accountable.
Litigation - The organization has organized and provided legal assistance with more than 16 class action lawsuits pending at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or in Federal Court. We successfully litigated our initial lawsuit Feds for Medical Freedom v. Biden up to the United States Supreme Court. Due to this lawsuit, we received an injunction that was in effect for two years and we were able to protect the careers of an estimated 400,000 federal employees up through and past the rescission of the Executive Order that created the mandates. We have also partnered with other non-profit organizations to support legal action against federal labor unions.
