Mission
The organization was formed in response to the tremendous impact the global pandemic covid-19 has had on the restaurant and food supply chain industries, with the goal of providing financial relief to individuals and small businesses within those industries that have been negatively impacted as a result of the pandemic. Specifically, the organization was formed to help struggling farms in west marin, ca and the current and former employees of san francisco-area restaurants, cotogna, verjus, and quince, who have been laid-off, furloughed, or otherwise financially impacted by the covid-19 pandemic, or who may be otherwise impacted by a future pandemic or other natural disaster.
