THIS INITIATIVE FOCUSES ON PROVIDING NUTRITIONAL SNACKS TO SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS SERVING CHILDREN DURING THE EIGHT WEEK SUMMER BREAK WHEN SCHOOL LUNCH ACCESS IS LIMITED. FEEDING ALABAMA WILL PARTNER WITH VENDORS TO PROVIDE RELIABLE ACCESS TO SNACK SERVICE INCLUDING FRESH PRODUCE AT PARTNER LOCATIONS ACROSS THE STATE. PARTNER LOCATIONS ARE ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS, PARKS AND REC CENTERS, YOUTH GROUPS, HOUSING AUTHORITIES AND YMCAS.
