Pacific nw convention (2023) not held this year

Committee expenses for c&e and prepaid convention expenses for 2024 plus wsld program with no attendees. Home groups remained organized for the mission of the organization during this period and at least 200 groups were actively carrying on the mission of the organization on the local levels to assist their member in need.
