Festival Ballet Albuquerque

The corporation is formed for educational and charitable purposes, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, to further the appreciation and advancement in the community of the art of dance, to provide performance and educational opportunities to students of dance, and to provide opportunities for this community to be enriched through the public performance of dance, and to do any other act or thing incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary profit of financial gain, except as permitted under the new mexico nonprofit corporation act.
