The purpose of the organization is to raise the necessary funds for the development and operation of a sports complex, which includes 9 baseball diamonds, soccer fields and basketball courts. This is a joint effort with the ymca, wabash little league, wabash babe ruth, and the city of wabash, all of which are exempted organizations under irc section 501(c)(3).
