Mission

Our mission is to uphold the inherent dignity of every person by providing not just homes, but a supportive community for those experiencing homelessness. We are committed to fostering a lifestyle of service, guided by the teachings and love of Christ. Through compassionate care and intentional living, we seek to empower individuals, restore hope, and create a place where everyone can thrive in the fullness of life that God intends.

Programs

1 program

Glean Up is our low barrier, work-first program providing currently homeless friends an opportunity to earn cash for picking up trash in Midland. Glean Up crew members are given case management, job search assistance, and discipleship. Our Glean Up program is not a full-time job, but rather a stepping stone to secure gainful employment.
