The purpose of the corporation is to serve as an emergency relief service provider . The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, scientific and educational purposes and will collect contributions of money to be distributed directly to individuals impacted by a calamity or by making distributions to local charities qualifying under section 501 (c) (3) providing relief to such families.
