Since the Town of Thomaston does not sponsor a summer concert series, the Fine Arts Connection of Thomaston, Inc. has undertaken this task for the past 20 years. This would have been our 21st year of doing so, if not for COVID. FACT plans and produces a full summer series of concerts (9) in the Park, with the help of the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation (thank you!), and the largess of many town merchants and townspeople. To enable as many people as possible to enjoy outdoor live music, the concerts are offered free to all, and all are welcome, as the parks are handicap accessible.

For 17 years, with the assistance of the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation, the Fine Arts Connection of Thomaston, Inc. has produced a free concert series in Thomaston's historic Seth Thomas Park. The concerts provide attendees with exposure to 9 bands, with differing formats for both education and listening pleasure. We have established a reputation for excellence within the music community and are approached each year by bands seeking to play here in Thomaston. Only through the generosity of the TSBF and the greater Thomaston community are we able to accomplish this.
