To improve the quality of life in the greater finger lakes region of the state of new york by promoting, encouraging and fostering the public's knowledge of and interest in said region. Educating the general public about recreational, cultural, educational, historic, agricultural, industrial and commercial opportunities and experiences in the region and advocating for enhanced public awareness of and greater financial support for the improvement of the quality of life in the region.
