Finleys Green Leap Forward

Local Level: We were the beneficiaries of a local charity 5K race held annually in memory of Finley Broaddus. This event educates attendees about the importance of taking environmental action and amplifies information about climate change to an audience that falls outside of the environmental echo chamber. Participants are reminded of Finley's story and given information on how each of us can follow Finley's example by contributing to a cleaner and greener planet.

Individual Level: We shared inspiring, informative, and instructive social media posts and emails about the actions each of us can take to help the planet.
