To educate, instruct, train the members of volunteer fire companies in the procedures and methods of Firematics, Fire Control, Fire protection, Fire Prevention, Rescue, life-saving, first aid, emergency medical assistance, transportation of the ill, injured and infirm, and generally in the procedures and methods of rendering emergency aid and assistance to people and property in accidents, calamities and disasters.
