The dental program added 3 new dentists (2.5 fte), served as a clinical rotation site for 10 student dentists, 2 student dental hygienists, and 11 student dental assistants. We also expanded program embedding dental hygienists in medical clinics for oral health education and screening to a fifth medical site. Patient visits in 2024 totaled 38,683.

The behavioral health (bh) team broadened its therapy offerings to include marriage and family counseling, enhancing support for diverse patient needs. The scheduling team cleared over 400 outstanding appointment requests, implemented a follow-up process to reduce patient loss, and enforced a revised no-show policy to improve service access. We successfully integrated two new therapists into the team to establish bh services at underserved clinic locations; one therapist earned an lpcc license, another completed prerequisites for independent licensure, and staff participated in trainings including family therapy, trauma-informed care, and psychopharmacology conferences to strengthen clinical expertise across the department. Patient visits in 2024 totaled 8,096.
