Fcsts group and private lessons programs are designed to teach and enhance swim skills for individuals of all ages and abilities. From water safety and learn-to-swim instruction to the refinement of advanced technical skills, every swimmer is given the opportunity to grow, build confidence, and progress toward their personal performance goals. Skill development is delivered through year-round, 1-on-1 private lessons as well as summer group lessons, each following a structured, skill-based progression. This curriculum supports a natural transition from individual water safety and beginner swim skills to structured group training and ultimately team-based swimming. Fcst serves an average of 100 swimmers each month through private lessons and nearly 500 swimmers each summer through group lessons, building strong foundations and a lasting appreciation for swimming.

Fcsts non-competitive program is designed to strengthen the foundation of young swimmers (age 5-18) and prepare them for future success on a swim team. The primary goal of swim league is to develop strong stroke fundamentals, build confidence, and improve overall fitness in a supportive, team-based environment - without the pressure of swim meets. Through structured coaching, aerobic-based workouts, and measured skill benchmarks, swimmers continue progressing beyond basic swim lessons while experiencing what it feels like to be part of a team. Swim league serves over 500 swimmers each fiscal year, offered across three sessions: fall, winter/spring, and summer.
