First Haven is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing timely psychological self-help resources to people ages 15 and up who have experienced sexual abuse. Our flagship guide, Tending the Wound Sexual Abuse: An Introduction, is distributed at no cost to crisis centers, agencies, and organizations that directly serve those most in need.
