First Legal Clinic

Community research and education: coordinate and collaborate with health care providers, social workers, parent allies, treatment programs, hospitals, nonprofit corporations, and community organizations to promote, support, and provide a safe and healthy environment for at risk infants, their parents, and families.

Legal consultation: provide early intervention services including but not limited to pro bono legal representation to pregnant persons and parents of newborns at risk of intervention and removal by the child protective services.
