First Library

The corporation is organized to promote early childhood literacy and library patronage from birth to age five,and to provide educational support to mothers, particularly first time mothers, without regard to race, sex, age or national origin. To provide book ownership, baby clothing and educational toys to mothers, particularly first time mothers, in need.
