The first responder support networks (frsn) mission is to provide educational treatment programs that promote recovery from stress and critical incidents for first responders and their families.

The significant other and spouses (sos) program is for the spouses or partners of first responders who have been affected by critical incidents experienced by their loved ones, but may also be experiencing their own depression or anxiety symptoms, and need to address their needs.
Peer support training provides 2 days of training to first responders who want to do peer support work.
