Educate DC and Early Head Start CCP Early Head Start CCP is a community partnership where FRBC CDC partnered with Educare DC to provide more resources to some of our low-income families. Included in that partnership is Family Engagement Services, Teacher Coaching, and Health and Wellness services. The purpose of this project is to see if those additional services will help increase attendance rate and improve overall relationships between families and caregivers.
