Individual leadership coaching and group coaching are strengths and inquiry based experiences that help connecticut leaders achieve results. Through active listening and asking powerful and pertinent questions, coaches help leaders find and explore personal values, open up possibilities when a decision or action needs to be made, see different perspectives in a situation, try out and reflect on new practices and set and achieve goals.

Peer learning cohorts consist of leaders learning from and with each other in both formal and informal ways, often with affinity of role, identity, or interest area. These create meaningful and regular opportunities for leaders to connect, share resources with one another, and learn from one another's successes and challenges.
