FIVE POINTS MUSIC'S mission is to pursue the power of sound in all its glory. We do this with our events, workshops, and concerts that also give us a platform to develop & promote our core programs, while ensuring audience members of all abilities have equal access to the concerts and events we are part of. Collectively, we combine our events, outreach, & strategic partnerships to develop, promote, and fund programs supporting Hearing Loss Advocacy, Accessibility Initiatives, & Music Therapy while emphasizing the role that Public Art enhances our ability to connect to our target audiences. Our hearing loss advocacy efforts aim to create a more sound friendly world and include managing safe decibel levels for concert goers, offering free hearing protection for all age groups, & providing free hearing screenings at various community events, festivals, live concerts, & public engagement activities. Programs

FIVE POINTS Accessibility and Hearing Loss Advocacy programs feature a variety of services that are developed at our live events and offered to other event organizers, festival promoters, community events, other venues, for touring artists, and more. Services include offering free mobile hearing testing, free hearing protection give-aways for children, teens, & adults, Performing ASL Interpreters, color-blind/light sensitive glasses, tactile/haptic technology for those with hearing loss or sensory challenges, mobility support, ADA hospitality and customer service, training, and strategic planning to create universally accessible experiences for guests with various special needs.
FIVE POINTS Music provides year round access to music therapy services for groups and individuals with various special needs including children with developmental disabilities, veterans with PTSD, those in recovery from addiction, and more. Providing families and individuals alternatives to other traditional therapy services offers clients and their families effective tools to strengthen motor function, social skills, audio/verbal development, cognitive development, and communication strategies to effectively engage with and enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well being of clients, care-takers, and their families.
FIVE POINTS Music believes that its important to use our platform for strengthening the vitality of our community while embracing the opportunity to collaborate with other organizations and causes that play a meaningful role in the world we live in. FIVE POINTS provides a variety of benefits to community partners and non-profits with free/discounted venue rental rates, access to technology, administrative/marketing/technical support, and fundraising capacity for many organizations throughout our service areas. FIVE POINTS Music has worked in many capacities with organizations with diverse missions and causes. In working with organizations across political, religious, and social boundaries, we aim to foster a world that is empathetic and open-minded allowing us to unite around the values that we share.
