Develop and operate a baseball program in affiliation with and pursuant to the principles, rules and regulations enunciated by babe ruth league, inc. In conjunction with such purposes, the objective of frb is that, through the medium of a supervised, competitive, baseball program, the league will seek to impart in the youth of the community ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence.
