Flickinger Weidner Foundation For The Benefit Of The Flickinger

1. To operate as a supporting organization under section 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 exclusively for the benefit of the flickinger center for performing arts, an organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the code and not a private foundation by reason of its status as an organization described in section 509(a)(1) of the code, which provides a facility for the performing arts in alamogordo, otero county, new mexico and to provide a wide range of performing arts entertainment to the citizens of alamogordo, otero county, new mexico; 2. To operate exclusively for the benefit and to be operated, supervised or controlled by the flickinger center for the performing arts, a publicly supported, charitable organization described in section 170(b)(1)(a)(vi) and section 509(a)(1) of the code.
