Programs included innovative community development projects using biogas technology, providing sustainable fuel from existing resources. Additionally, through many entrepreneurship trainings, savings groups, and radio outreach, participants launched enterprises and created jobs that are transforming communities.

Participants developed new businesses and jobs, helping families cover school fees and reduce dropout rates.

Flint partnered with jimani a not-for-profit in kenya to assist local artisans with business development, marketing, and sales of their merchandise with the goal that participants will be able to sustainably increase their annual income. Flint partnered with local organizations in tennessee to implement life skills training to at-risk youth.
