Tanzania entrepreneurship training and community development flint global reached 2,804 participants in tanzania, directly impacting 8,573 people. Programs included innovative community development projects using biogas technology, providing sustainable fuel from existing resources. Additionally, through many entrepreneurship trainings, savings groups, and radio outreach, participants launched enterprises and created jobs that are transforming communities.
Kenya life skills and entrepreneurship in kenya, flint global equipped 153 participants, directly impacting 534 individuals through life skills, mentorship, and entrepreneurship programs. Training was delivered through local partner organizations where women and students gained vocational skills and sustainable income opportunities. Participants developed new businesses and jobs, helping families cover school fees and reduce dropout rates.
Flint partnered with local organizations in rwanda, sierra leone, south sudan, and uganda to implement trainings related to entrepreneuership, sustainable agriculture, and savings groups, with the goal that participants will be able to sustainably increase their income and move out of poverty permanently. Flint partnered with local organizations in india to facilitate entrepreneurship trainings to help participants become self-sustaining through business. Flint partnered with jimani a not-for-profit in kenya to assist local artisans with business development, marketing, and sales of their merchandise with the goal that participants will be able to sustainably increase their annual income. Flint partnered with local organizations in tennessee to implement life skills training to at-risk youth.
