The association was formed to promote the maintenance of high standards and uniformity in all licensed dui programs located in the state of florida.

Fadp provides consulting throughout florida related to highway safety and other alcohol/substance abuse countermeasures with a nexus to criminal activity.
Fadp is a certified provider of a state-approved traffic law and substance abuse education course. The organization developed the curriculum and instructor kit for the course; they also administer the sale for affiliates of the course.
Fadp administers online exams to obtain a permit driver license.
Fadp publishes and sells dui level one workbooks approved by the department of highway safety and motor vehicles (dhsmv).
