Florida Birding And Nature Festival Inc

The Purposes for which the Corporation is to be formed are for scientific, educational, and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 and in this connection,these purposes include, but are not limited to: 1. Develop, plan, fund, and operate the Florida Birding and Nature Festival to promote appreciation and conservation of Florida's birds and other wildlife, as well as their habitats, through responsible nature-based tourism and public awareness, annually or every other year, and by other activities as decided by the Board of Directors and the Planning Committee. 2. Promote the preservation of the natural resources of Florida, foster their use and enjoyment by the public consistent with the protection and preservation of the environment, and engage in such educational, scientific, and civic activities to assist the development of responsible naturebased tourism, public awareness, and appropriate land management. 3. Promote a better awa
