The winter institute is a day-and-a-half interactive conference for fccma full members. It is limited to 100 fccma members and 10 corporate attendees. It is designed to be an intense, interactive workshop for florida's city and county managers and assistants. This year's topic was putting ai to work in local government. A total of 122 individuals registered for this year's winter institute.
Again this year, the fccma contracted with vancorejones to produce monthly podcasts to fccma members. These podcasts are produced by esteemed public managers and cover topics and issues relevant to florida's city/county managers.
