Florida Farm Bureau Federation Inc

Palm Beach County Farm Bureau supports youth involved in 4-H and FFA activities throughout the year. We have assisted students with irrigation systems at their FFA tree farms, provided scholarships, and supported their activities at the fair. It is important to mentor and educate students on the importance of agriculture and continue to encourage them to stay active in their agricultural communities.

Members attended a round table discussion with congressional aides to discuss policy impacts on growers and workers, regarding trade, water conservation, affects of NAFTA's trade practices on South Florida Farmers and Farm Bill. These types of meetings lead to collaborative efforts by elected officials and farmers to work towards the betterment of those engaged in agriculture.
