Lee County members, in joint effort with the Fair, helps young kids continue their learning and understanding of agriculture and livestock. We provide scholarships to students who participate at the fair and aspire to major in an agriculture related field of study or trade school.

Lee County Farm Bureau works with and supports the FGCU Center for Agribusiness. We educated our members about the importance of agriculture education. Agricultural programs in the public school provide hands on experience for students raising vegetables they can grow, harvest and eat. The Healthy Living project links food production to career education, environmental science, and biology.
