College scholarship program - the foundation awards one time $1,000 scholarships to graduating key club members who exemplify the spirit of kiwanis through service, 4 $4,000 scholarships to deserving flagler county students under the terms of a bequest, 1 $1,000 scholarship in accordance with the terms of the chuck and emilia gugliuzza scholarship grant, and 1 $1,000 scholarship in accordance with the terms of the wilton manors grant.
