The certified land title institute (clt) operates to conduct a yearly examination in title searching and closing proficiency. The clt conducts seminars, testing and grading, and awards cls or clc designation for expertise in land title searching and land title closing. The flta also hosts continuing education seminars throughout the year to assist members in maintaining their high professional standards.
